Staque is a ticket bot that allows you to communicate with other members of your server; it is simple to set up and use.

Make sure that the @staque role is higher than the @everyone role. If you are still having problems, please join our support server.

When you use the/settings edit command, you are prompted to enter a description; you can enter your own here. This will be available as a dashboard option in the near future.

After you've configured your server with /settings edit, you can use /ticket_bl to prevent a user from creating tickets.
